How it all began

The story of Miran started not in a clinic, but at home with an 12 year old girl and her grandmother. When Dr. Dhvani grandmother suffered a stroke, she became completely bedridden. Dhvani would accompany her to physiotherapy sessions, watching closely as her grandmother, inch by inch, began to sit up, smile again, and eventually stand and walk.

It wasn’t magic. It was therapy. And to Dhvani, it felt like witnessing life being given back. That moment stayed with her.

Years later, Miran was born out of that memory built not just on clinical excellence, but on the belief that every recovery is deeply personal, and that with the right support, people can reclaim their independence and identity.

What “Miran” Really Means

Miran isn’t just a name it’s a tribute.

“M” for Meena. “iran” from Kiran, the names of Dr. Dhvani’s parents, who shaped her with their strength, kindness, and belief in doing good work quietly.

This space was created in their honor not just as a clinic, but as a reflection of the values they passed down: compassion, resilience, and care that goes beyond the surface.
